Inicialmente ressalto ter constatado ser um hotel que superou minhas expectativas nessa estada. Realmente encontrei um excelente hotel nos aspectos específicos de uma hospedagem, acomodações confortáveis, espaços comuns bem planejados e bem cuidados, funcionários solícitos e prontos a atenderem as necessidades dos hóspedes, segurança e localização perfeitos, enfim, um excelente hotel, em que com certeza estarei outras vezes. Entretanto para ser justo com essa avaliação devo ressaltar um ponto que requer atenção da administração do hotel, o restaurante. Embora confortável e com atendentes atenciosos deve atentar para o serviço de insumos de acordo com a descrição constante no cardápio, mesmo que para isso precise reavaliar os preços sugeridos.

Hotelaria sofrível. Quartos com estrutura velha reformada de “qualquer jeito.” Ares-condicionados velhos e com dificuldade em gerar eficiência. Equipe de atendimento no geral boa, exceto ao solicitar um par de taças para espumante, ocasião em que a atendente informou que seria cobrado valor pelo uso, algo absolutamente descabido. Café da manhã com pães velhos e alimentos com qualidade mediana pra fraca. Estrutura geral do hotel medíocre, o que é lastimável, dado o potencial da cidade para receber hóspedes, especialmente a negócios.

O hotel parece que tem uma gerência deficitária: o check-in foi trágico, com funcionária despreparada, arrogante e sem o mínimo de expertise no sentido de hospitalidade. O único que apresentou-se educado foi o mensageiro. O café da manhã tem ampla variedade, mas não se preocupam em repôr. Vários produtos acabavam, mesmo cedo. O isolamento acústico é péssimo, principalmente das unidades do piso térreo. Havia uma grande concentração de hóspedes adolescentes e os mesmos ficaram até altas horas fazendo barulho, mesmo a gente reclamando com a recepção. Colocam espaços de convivência praticamente na frente dos quartos do térreo. Outro ponto, a evitar essas unidades, são os clientes passando com malas e conversando a partir das 5h. Quem tiver sono leve será prejudicado. O check-out foi ágil e rápido. A equipe de limpeza foi amável. Uma formação da equipe sobre hospitalidade poderia evitar problemas. Vi vários clientes reclamando da recepção e da maneira de aborda-los. O problema do som também foi retratado por outros.
