Step inside and feel instantly at home. The house features three cosy bedrooms – two with queen beds (each with ceiling fans for year-round comfort) and a third with a comfy double bed. The bathroom is a true highlight with a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, plus a second separate toilet for added convenience. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer plus wifi.
The open-plan living area is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning and opens onto a gorgeous back deck overlooking a lush garden – complete with a fire pit for those laid-back evenings under the stars. There's also a front deck, ideal for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, whether you’re preparing fresh local produce from the nearby Moruya markets or just keeping it simple with a beachside breakfast.
