Casale degli Ulivi is an 18th-century villa that has recently been completely renovated.<br>The villa is isolated from any other homes, so there’s no risk of being disturbed by neighbors. A car is necessary to reach the nearest towns and shops.<br>It is located 5 minutes from the town of Morrovalle, nestled in the quiet hills of the Marche region: here you’ll have the opportunity to truly unwind, sample the cuisine of the Marche, and reach cultural destinations such as Macerata (with its historic buildings and concerts at the Sferisterio) and the various ancient villages in the area, or to head to the beaches and cliffs of the Adriatic (Civitanova is the closest, but Numana and Sirolo are also nearby).<br>Traveling along a beautiful avenue lined with centuries-old olive trees, you’ll arrive at the farmhouse, situated in the center of a vast garden (about 6,000 square meters), perched high above the surrounding farmland, offering a spectacular view of the fields and rolling hills stretching all the way to the Apennines on one side and Mount Conero on the other; the garden has no boundaries, as all the cultivated fields around the house belong to the same property.<br>The villa is very spacious (approximately 500 square meters) and spans two floors.<br>On the first floor, there are several living rooms, allowing even large groups to split up, as well as a dining room and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a central island and direct access to a covered patio featuring a large table for dining outdoors and enjoying the view.<br>On the first floor, the sleeping area is divided to accommodate several families, ensuring privacy for each with its own bedrooms and bathroom: there are essentially 5 sleeping areas, all separated from the central hallway by doors.<br>Three of these sleeping areas each have two bedrooms and their own bathroom.<br>Two sleeping areas each have one bedroom and their own bathroom.<br>The sleeping area therefore has a total of 17 beds in 8 rooms: all rooms are spacious and comfortable.<br>On the first floor, upon specific request (subject to availability), an additional room with a double sofa bed for two people can be arranged; however, this room does not have its own bathroom.<br>The garden slopes gently down toward the pool, offering a panoramic view of Macerata and the entire Apennine Mountains. The pool is not fenced: it measures 11 meters long and 5 meters wide, with a constant depth of 1.4 meters along its entire length; access is via steps running along one short side of the pool.<br>Near the pool is a wooden changing house with a small bathroom inside; also near the pool is a large barbecue and a brick pizza oven, with two large tables made of Moroccan tiles next to them so you can dine in that part of the garden as well.<br>Recreational amenities include an antique pool table with pockets, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and children’s games. Wi-Fi and TV are available.
