O quarto é muito bom e o lugar é bem bonito, mas há pontos que precisam ser revistos: apesar de contar com parque aquático, o mesmo só funciona entre 10 e 16h - não há luz na área da piscina para uso até a noite; no café da manhã, foram servidos muitas opções que claramente não foram preparadas naquela manhã (sem contar com a infinidade de moscas entrando nos reservatórios e pousando em todas as comidas, copos, pratos…

Ótimo lugar, as únicas coisas que não gostei foram o barulhento ar-condicionado, cama muito mole e os preços dos pratos no restaurante, não há nenhuma opção econômica de refeição abaixo dos R$ 150,00 por pedido. Falta acessibilidade para cadeirantes e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida para rio.

Decepcionante

Bem ruim, primeiro dia fui colocado na suite 8 , não tinha água e as lâmpadas estavam queimadas , fui trocado de quarto para o quarto 4, onde no dia seguinte a primeira diária ficou sem água tbm, onde entrou o time de manutenção o box acabou quebrando e novamente fui trocado de quarto. O hotel apresenta uma estrutura muito boa, contudo está mal cuidado.por exemplo a piscina com água bem suja logo pela manhã, as espreguiçadeiras na bordas piscinas apesar de ter diversos funcionários todas muito sujas. Além do valor da refeição e da diária muito fora da realidade para o serviço oferecido. Infelizmente espectativas foram muito frustradas

Paguei caro para apenas dormir e ir embora cedo. Cheguei muito tarde e não tinha ninguém pra me recepcionar além de um vigia. O quarto é bem simples. O café da manhã foi terrível. Parece que não sabiam que a pousada ia encher. Não tinha comida, simplesmente isso.

Bom lugar pra descansar

Local muito aconchegante, fiquei hospedado no chalé 07 local pequeno mais agradável, só um ponto que gerou incômodo foi que a drenagem do banheiro estava com deficiência na escuação ( ralo e pia).
