As one of the original homes on the Bonnells Peninsula, this property comes with a few quirks. The bathroom is up two steps from the living area, with a maximum ceiling height of 205cm, and 195cm in the shower. Guests over 6 feet tall may want to take this into consideration when booking.
House Rules This is a strictly NO-Smoking property. No pets are permitted in order to protect the Black Swans and Pelicans, and other wildlife around the lake. All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided, Please also note that this property does not contain a TV or bathtub. Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.
No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form.
