Immaculately clean. Pictures and description are accurate. Location to Morganton - specifically those needing to attend events at NCSSM, the home is perfect. If you are a lover of coffee, the extensive coffee bar will not disappoint. The special personal details are one of a kind, most appreciative. Variety of snacks, cereals, chocolates, water and even fresh eggs. All furniture is especially comfortable, there are 5 available reclining seats just in the living room. As stated and pictured, the home is on one level, garage and basement are “not” accessible. Should you have difficulty climbing steps, there are no handrails at the front three step entrance onto the porch. The second step to then stepping on porch is high and a bit difficult for those of us who have arthritis. A handrail would be so beneficial and allow much easier access. Also, there is no gate/barrier to many steep steps leading down to basement from a narrow entry way in living room. If you have little ones, please bring a baby gate to block this area off. Hostess were very responsive to communication. The home is well maintained and decor is amazing. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely stay again if handrails are added to front steps.Please- you must consider this home as I promise you will not find a cleaner, well stocked VRBO.
