The staff was very helpful and friendly during the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Morelia. The rooms were clean. The amenities were fantastic. And the proximity to downtown was excellent.

The staff were so nice, gave advice on how to see the historical spots, food, and more. The location feels completely secure and safe and right at the heart of the historical center. Honestly I can’t say enough about my stay there!

If I could give it 100 stars I would. The service was spectacular. The staff goes above and beyond to make one feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and oh so cute! The courtyard is the perfect place to have breakfast every morning. On the weekend they have delicious Mexican style breakfast and during the week they provide the guests with delicious coffee, sweet bread, and fruit. The location is perfect, just a block away from City Center and the majestic Cathedral. I will most definitely stay there again! They made my trip to Morelia even more magical. Thank you Nana Vida 💛

The staff at this hotel are marvelous! Everyone was so welcoming. We loved the handmade soaps that were given when you check in! It’s about a block away from the main plaza! Very clean - would defiantly recommend !!
