The staff at this location was super nice and very helpful. Excellent. The rooms were updated, clean, nicely decorated, and bed was comfortable. Everything I needed in a hotel for the price.

This was the quietest Motel 6 I've stayed in. It's tucked up on a hill on a dead end road with woods in the back. It's right off the highway but away from traffic. It was also perfect for walking my dog. The room was quiet, too, and very large. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since I travel a lot, I have made a note to myself to remember to stay there again!

Frustrating when you don't have a room key

Pros: It was close to Morehead St., we were there for graduation weekend
Cons: Room keys that worked.
Location: Flee Markets and close to campus.
Very upsetting and an inconvenience. We had no room key the first night. The night shift tried to re-program the keys 3 times for us. Had to be unlocked by master key. Very frustrating. It was unacceptable and when I asked to switch rooms so I didn't have to ask every time I wanted in my room they told me they had nothing available, and there was nothing that could be done about the key. Won't stay again.

Decent Hotel for the Price

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, side exit door did not securely fasten
Arrived and was assisted by front desk in a friendly and expedited fashion. Arrived to find room clean and acceptable in condition. Facilities were acceptable for the money. Beds were hard and difficult to sleep in. Blankets were thin and pillows were nearly non-existent because they were so small and thin. A trip to Wal-Mart remedied the blanket and pillow situation. My biggest concern was in security. Our room was right beside a side exit. This door had apparently expanded due to moisture (wasn't warmth because it was a cool damp weekend). It required a significant pull to securely shut. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they weren't worried about it. The hotel is located in a dark area which was somewhat concerning of itself. Each time we would exit the hotel, we would make it a point to be sure that the door was securely fastened. However, each time we returned, it was ajar again. Since our room was right next to this door, I was extremely uncomfortable.
