Ground-floor, poolside efficiency with newly renovated kitchen, flooring, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grills & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is perfect for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no pets or boats allowed by renters.

I love staying in this room(4years-i think). Never need for anything. The host(whom I never met) via email has been helpful. I love you walk out the door and literally at the pool. Stayed in other rooms, this is my favorite. Could use a paint job but to me all you need is a bed and shower. Thank you Cindy for allowing us to stay in your room

I usually don't leave bad reviews. The room was incredibly small for 4 people, but we anticipated that. The pool was nice (only 1 pool, not 2 as advertised - theres a 1 foot baby pool there that wasnt available for use), we did some fishing off the small dock, and the location was close to a lot - all good. But the room (already being small) had a broken table that took up space and couldnt be used, the TV and remotes didn't work correctly (unless you like getting up to turn up and down the volume on the tv set itself every time) and what really contributed to the poor rating was the cleanliness of the room. We brought our 7 month old on this trip and had him set up on a play mat on the floor at times. I'm glad he was being closely monitored, because I found random prescription and otc pills left on the carpet and it was clear the floors had barely been cleaned. I'm just glad the baby didnt pick anything up and put anything in his mouth. All in all, it wasnt very impressive. We'll go elsewhere next time.

The only things I need to say that the coffee pot isn't working. We had to improvise for coffee.The bath tub didn't drain, so we unclogged it ourselves. Other than that it was close to everything. You could fish off their docks, as you would only catch small fish. Still nice to enjoy the little crumb snatchers.

The location and outdoor amenities are great. The condo was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The condo could use some updating. It was fine for a short stay with just two people. Very close access to the beach and the inter costal water way. The condo needs a complete top to bottom cleaning especially vents and ceiling fans.

Great two beautiful days.!!location was great with the waterway just steps away out back and the beach was right across the street! King Bed slept very well! Loved the shower as the water was hot and great water pressure. The only thing was the pool was not open which was disappointing. The grounds guy said it would have been open but recent plastering the pool had to be closed. The rugs were well worn and old.The only thing that was an inconvenience was the large coffee maker was not able to brew, So being a big coffee drinker that was also disappointing. We didn’t mentioned during our stay as we adjusted by going out to get coffee.

Great as always!

Small affordable places like Bogue Shores keep me going to Atlantic Beach every year. Snooty club members that call it an eyesore can go play in traffic. It is a great location on the sound, across from a beach access point, and near the shopping center, movie theater, skatepark, etc. The room is not fancy, but I don’t need it to be. I’m not at the beach to sit in my room all day. My stay was great as always!

Fantastic Beach Spot

Great time. Located right on the sound with several picnic spots. Across the street from direct beach access. Wonderful weather (cannot be guaranteed). Neat small quarters-- perfect for vacation base when want to go out into the community. Turned out this was the weekend for the NC Seafood Festival in nearby Morehead City as well. We never could get the Spectrum cable to work with the TV-- however the quick internet connection let us access YouTube TV just as well. Would love to stay here again in the future!
