What can I say about this property other than don't stay here.It's managed by an agent, parydise properties. Firstly I had to jump through hoops, uploading ID and giving them a security deposited of 350. You can get away with paying this if you give them 76, non refundable damage waiver premium. Even though it was listed as pet friendly we had to pay an extra 75 for the dog. All this for a 4 night stay.The place was filthy when we arrived. Bags of open rubbish outside in this hot weather. Dirty pans and the whole place very scruffy, with holes in the walls, springs coming through the mattress. Part of the bedroom ceiling fell in while we were there. I complained immediately to Parydise Properties and sent photos but all I go was lip service and a sorry, well pas this information on.I don't have the words to explain how upset I am. I have never complained about any accommodation I've every stayed in and I've travelled the world. Parydise Properties advertised this as 'Refined and Sleek' I'd call it a budget and poor quality. Only one up from a doss house.I've asked for a refund but been told no because I signed a contract apparently. You only get to find this out after you've paid for your booking and if you don't sign Parydise properties won't release the entry code for the key safe.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
