In addition to the relaxed atmosphere inside the house, you will also find a fenced garden where your pets can roam freely. Use the terrace to have a barbecue with your loved ones or to relax in the sun and enjoy the soothing peace and quiet.



Here you live just 200 m from the sandy beach. It is simply a fantastic location. There are very good cycle paths on Öland where you can basically cycle around the whole island without encountering many cars. Close by are Mörbylånga and Färjestaden with a wide range of restaurants, stores and other services. Öland offers a wide range of attractions such as Alvaret (15 minutes' drive), which stretches for miles over the peculiar nature, the Ottenby bird watching station, Öland's animal and amusement park and Eketorp Castle.
