The hotel is in the walking only area of Zagreb which was nice. The room was amazing, the breakfast delightful, and the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again if I get back to Zagreb

We waited about 6 hours before we were able to check in due to a power outage and issues with the hotels internet.the hotel lobby was updated but the room was not. No outlets near bed for charging phone etc. I had to unplug the bedside lamp and had to navigate with my phone when got up at night. No outlet Iin the bathroom for hair dryer or any hair styling tools. The provided hotel hair dryer didn't work well and dated from the early seventies or maybe sixties. There are better options.This shouldn't be rated as a four star hotel. I tried contacting your company to get a refund and book else where but only could get an auto chat. Very frustrating! I honestly would like some sort of credit or compensation .

Location location location

The room needed a touch up on the stains on the rug and chair. Pillows are a bit lumpy and ac not that cold. Room needs a night light in the bathroom. Location was super and breakfast unbelievably delicious and plentiful. Great bar staff helpful.

I like the location and room except to srep into the shower is too higj. No geab bar for the shower only the bath tub. Prefer for safety to scan your card to use the elevator. Was mot safe anyone can enter the elevator. Hope they address noth issues
