Called a week before to get rooms for my grandsons birthday. Asked about passes for the pool. I was told one thing but got there and you could only have max 3. Was told by front desk that no one could visit the hotel and if they did would be escorted of the premise. Got a call from general manager a few days before our stay to let us know there was no parties in the hotel as there was already 2 birthday parties happening. At no time did we say we were having his party at the hotel. We had it at Zero Gravity, we just wanted family to stay together for a fun night of swimming. We were told that no one would be allowed to swim unless they had an arm band out of the 40 plus children in the pool only 1/2 of them had wristbands. Front desk staff were rude. Hotel itself was wonderful and only problem was the check in process. Our family booked 5 rooms.

The heater in our room squealed all night long when it turned on in room 427 and room 425 didn’t want to heat up do the fan to work but that was it. Pool area was so cold you couldn’t swim the hot tub wasn’t even warm

Arrived at hotel and found out the hot tub wasn’t working. I came with young children to swim. This happened to me two weeks ago at another Country Inn & Suites. We requested a room near the pool and we’re not notified the pool was down.

The hotel was just okay. Breakfast was limited—only eggs and sausage made by the attendant, and neither were ready when we arrived. Once they were cooked, they disappeared quickly. Other options were yogurt, cold cereal, bananas, waffles, and very hard bagels. The elevator stopped working, and although the pool was open Friday evening, it was closed Saturday morning during posted hours. The attendant also said no beverages in the pool area, not even water!
