Stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite and found the room in a very poor state. Lots of the furniture in the room was damaged/dirty. Even found the jacuzzi to be a bit dirty as well. The bed was fine, which saves a star otherwise, for the price of ~$300 a night, this is definitely not worth it. Won't be back at the hotel.

The mineral spa was great but the rooms could use some much needed renovations. I couldn’t even shower as the tap wouldn’t work properly. Time to invest back into the business.

I have stayed here before but did not know that if you book directly through the property they will give you renovated rooms. If you book through expedia, they give you the old rooms. That is what I was told when I checked in. I got 3 rooms for my family and had to go back to the front and get better rooms which were still not renovated but cleaner and the beds were a bit nicer. I was not too happy with the renovated rooms as the beds were uncomfortable and the heating/air conditioner was very loud and make noises and you can hear traffic.

Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved having a balcony. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa was fantastic! The mineral pool was wonderful. Will be back!
