Great hotel but the hotel shuttle experience was very poor. Arrived at the airport around 2245 and by the time I got to the desk for the hotel shuttle service it was 2315….i waited until midnight but NO shuttle turned up. I was forced to take a taxi for €20 to the hotel. At check-in the night manager apologised and gave me a free shuttle ticket back to the airport in the morning. Maybe the shuttle is more reliable during the daytime but late evening do not rely on it. But thanks to the Hotel night manager for giving me free shuttle back to the airport the next day.

Extremely noisy because the reception and bar area do not have any carpeting or upholstery that would absorb noise. As a result everything echoes through to the upstairs rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and couldn’t sleep because obnoxious drunk people returning from a trade fair were drinking and shouting downstairs. At 2:30 am after we called reception several times we managed to get someone on the phone who thankfully managed to get the noise level down. Tge hotel is not far from the very picturesque town of Erding but there are other hotels in the area. We won’t be booking here again.

Airport shuttle bus was very useful! Note there is a pickup stop at Munich Terminal 1 and also Terminal 2 - when I enquired ahead of time I was only told about one stop and that inconvenienced me on arrival at the airport. Hotel staff very friendly.

Nice hotel. Not very close to airport, need to take shuttle for 7 euro, with stops, or taxi. Expensive restaurant, including breakfast, with average food, and a crabby bartender.

Stayed here for two nights. Property was definitely amazing. My mother stayed in one room, while my fiancé, our children and myself had another room. My mother’s counter in her bathroom was detached from the sink. Spoke to the front desk clerk, (I believe his name was Muhammad) who stated someone would be up to look at it within an hour. Waited an hour and no one showed so we went to dinner. To my knowledge, no one ever came up to check her counter. In our room, the flooring was starting to come up over by the window. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive with any other needs we had. The restaurant was amazing. Food was great and the service was great. Hotel was overall amazing. It is definitely on our list to stay again if we return back to Munich.
