Our pet dogs had space to go outside, centrally loacted near various entertainment areas such as casino, shops and parks. Host was very friendly easy to communicate with. Property overall is cozy and seems to be a new listing to get up and running.

Elliot was available and courteous reservation and check in easy. Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. All walls have either nails popping or water damage. We only slept at the residence one evening. I manage multiple high end properties on Nantucket and maintaining them year round. First impression is Most important to insure future visits. The issues in your property are fixable and should be addressed sooner than later. At this point I could not recommend this property. When we have a problem with one of our properties typically a credit would be issued to the guest. My only other recommendation is to remove the sliding barrel bolt lock on the inside of residence, that made me feel like I was inside barn or shed.
