HOUSE RULES
* No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs inside the dwelling.
* No Shoes Inside: Absolutely no shoes inside the dwelling.
* Cleanliness: Always clean after yourself in the bathroom, shower, and kitchen. Wash pans right away after use. Utensils and plates can be washed right away or put in the dishwasher.
* Dishwasher Usage: Rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and run it on "Normal Wash" with "High Temp. Wash" option only when completely full.
* Handwashing Dishes: If washing dishes by hand, use hot water (gloves are provided).
* Proper Ventilation: Use the bathroom & shower with the fan on and leave the door open after showering. Cook with the fan on.
* Personal Belongings: Do not leave personal belongings in the common areas, including the bathroom (carry basket provided in the room closet).
* Water Usage: Avoid doing laundry, running the dishwasher, or hand-washing dishes when somebody is showering to maintain water pressure and temperature. Leave the washing machine's door open for a day after using it.
* Dryer Maintenance: Make sure the dryer's filter is clean before and after using it.
* Energy Conservation: Make sure all lights are off before leaving the apartment.
* Locking Doors: Lock all front, back, and balcony doors when leaving the apartment.
* Noise Levels: No music playing in the common areas unless you are alone in the house. No loud noise of any kind between 10 pm and 7 am (by law).
