We stay here a few times a year. We are always pretty pleased with the stay. The hotel was cheaper at the location vs on hotel.com website. The hotel gave me the price they offer. Saved us $70 for 2 rooms for 1 night

The staff were wonderful however, management of this property does not have a customer service mind set. Our room had no hot water, the sink was extremely slow to drain, the chair in our room was covered in stains, there was paint peeling from the wall above the bathroom door, there were water stains on the ceiling, the shower in our daughters room was also extremely slow to drain. We had been on the lake all day and were exhausted and in need of a hot shower. We asked the manager if we could shower in an unoccupied adjacent room, instead of repacking all our stuff and moving, his comment was that "He would have to pay housekeeping to clean an extra room" I highly recommend not staying at this property.

The only complaint we had was the tv didn’t work. But this trip to visit family we weren’t in the room much. Bed was comfortable and clean. Air worked great and bathroom was clean.
