Horrível, muita sujeira.

Fui sabendo que o hotel era simples, porém mesmo sendo uma estadia barata para o padrão de Montevideo ( que é uma cidade cara), a sujeira do lugar não se justifica. É poeira, ferrugem, cabelo e ácaro para todo lado. Ao deitar para dormir era só coçeira. Gaste um pouco mais e aproveite melhor a bela Montevideo.

Por la fotos y la publicidad teníamos altas expectativas de este hotel. Sin embargo fue una sorpresa al encontrar el hotel en mal estado. La cama rechinaba y no dejó dormir. La cortina no cubría toda la ventana y no se dormía por la luz. Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias. Los corredores en obra y mal estado. Los baños en mal estado con la puerta con el cerrojo dañado. En general muy lejos de lo que la fotografía prometía.

Mala experiencia

Llegué a la habitación y no funcionaba el televisor, me cambiaron a otra y en la noche me levanté al baño, estaba la habitación inundada, se había roto una cañería, me cambiaron nuevamente a otra habitación y curiosamente también estaba malo el televisor. No hicieron el aseo en la habitación.

Cet hôtel est établi dans un très beau bâtiment, mais il est très mal exploité et très mal entretenu. L'équipement des chambres est très minimaliste : meubles en mauvais état, murs sales et abîmés, mauvaise literie. La salle de bain est affreuse et mal-odorante. L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas bien. Le petit-déjeuner est peu fourni et de mauvaise qualité.

Quarto com roupas de cama sujas de cabelo, solicitamos a troca e fomos muito mal atendidos pela atendente. Banheiro com restos de cabelo no box e aparência suja, o que nos levou a tomar banho todos os dias de chinelo. Além disso o chão do quarto estava com poeira nos levando a não andar descalços pelo mesmo. No café da manhã às opções todos os dias foram iguais, os pratos sempre molhados como se tivessem acabados de ser enxaguados e as vezes com sujeira. Resolvemos arriscar a estadia mesmo lendo avaliações parecidas e mesmo sabendo da grande de chance de acontecer conosco não ficamos satisfeitos. Há opções de outros hotéis praticamente ao lado e com preço parecido com melhores avaliações.

Leccion a la empleada

La encargada de la mañana no quido llamarnos un Uber para ir al arrpuerto,que a proposito cuestanla mitad que los taxis con un servicio buenisimo. La empleada dijo que ellos solo trabajaban con una empresa de taxis! Que nos cobraba 1100 uruguayos contra 510 que nos cobro el Uber... le pedimos si nos prestaba un cel y nos dijo que no. Salimos a la calle y una chica que estaba esperando el bus nos llamo un Uber con su celular... grandiosos uruguayos, hermosas personas! Esta empleada del hotel es solo un mal ejemplo de lo que JAMAS se debe hacer con un huesped, decirle que NO!!!!

Hotel agradável, porém deixa a desejar em relação a estrutura. Paredes com infiltrações, banheiro apertadissimo e mal cuidado, pontos de mofo, não foi trocado o lençol nenhum dia. Roupa de cama manchada. Café da manhã com as mesmas (poucas) opções todos os dias. Equipe muito prestativa. Hotel para passagem rápida, bed and breakfast. Caso contrário não recomendo.

Maior roubada da minha vida.....

Hotel péssimo. Não tinha água para beber nem para venda. Sujo, muito sujo. O piso do box muito encardido, tinha lodo que bastava passar o pé que ele saia. A cama de meu filho o colchao era maior que a base e o colchao ficava "escorregando" e caia da cama. Nunca tinha toalha para os 3 hospedes. As fotos que são mostradas são photoshop puro.
