Beautiful apartment, completely renovated to new in an emblematic place in the city. On Cagancha square, close to shops, restaurants, theaters, etc. High floor with a large terrace in the bedroom overlooking the sea and the harbor bay. In front an exclusive barbecue of the apartment of 30 meters with a view of the plaza and main avenue 18 de Julio.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, micro, electric oven, electric jug, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker as well as a barbecue with own grill tb apartment equipped with frezzer, covered glasses and tables.
They have a washing machine to use as many times as they want, and a large space to hang clothes.
