Nice apartment and great neighborhood.
One of the attractions of this property was that it advertised laundry. What they don't tell you is that the laundry is not in the suite. It's on the 13th floor and it's shared by the entire building. Also, you need a payment card in order to operate the washer and dryer. And, you need to load the payment card. The website for the payment card wouldn't accept our credit card, because it was out of country, so we had to figure out how to load the card in order to do laundry. It was a bit of a process and quite inconvenient. Also, we were staying for a week and asked the host about trash, trash bags, clean towels, etc. His responses were not timely and not very detailed, so we had to figure out a lot of things on our own. We also had to purchase trash bags, toilet tissue, kitchen towels and the like. In short, this property is nice for a night or two, but for longer stays the amenities and assistance are just not there.
