We are halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca but also the Tyrrhenian coast.

The Casale will of course be at your complete disposal, and is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor you will have a spacious and cosy living room with dining table and sofa ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and the fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning fireplace perfect for preparing tasty meals with local produce. Also on the ground floor you have the first double bedroom, a bathroom also accessible to the disabled and the laundry room.

On the first floor we have a triple room, a twin room and a single room, and 2 further bathrooms complete with shower. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a view of the beautiful surrounding landscape.



All rooms are air-conditioned except the kitchen.



Outside, you will have at your disposal the entire courtyard equipped with an area with table and chairs and a living area with armchairs and sofas ideal for organising your aperitifs, lunches or dinners 'en plein air'. At the back you will also have a sunbathing area with deckchairs, tables and parasol, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the Tuscan sun and losing yourself in the breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding hills covered in vineyards and olive groves.



To reach the property a car will be necessary as we are about 2km from the centre of Montespertoli. Don't worry about parking, we have ample free space available for your car.



We remind you that the tourist tax for the municipality of Montespertoli is 2€ per night per person (excluding under 14) up to a maximum of 6 nights. The tourist tax must be paid on arrival at the property.



From 1/11 to 15/4 heating is available at an additional price of 35€ per day.
