Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy. Close to the beach and shopping. Facility had free laundry use. But the machine didn’t work. There was plenty of food at breakfast. But the breakfast room smelled terrible. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

The rooms were big but there were drawbacks. Pillows need to be changed, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was a lot of family noise around us, too bad there was a lack of insulation used. Ocean Shores was lacking a lot, not the same so many years ago.

Quick overnight stay

Quick overnight stay for business so I stayed at Comfort Inn because the price was right with breakfast included. The room was clean and quiet, and they didn't skimp on the breakfast. All in all, I was very pleased.

Remote and AC controller needed new batteries. Bulb was out in the lamp. Both key cards didn’t work the next day so we were locked out at 8 AM. Passed on the free breakfast that looked gross.

We stayed in the room with the loft. It had a king size bed in the loft with tv and a dresser. Also and a good view of the ocean from the loft area. Downstairs had a king size bed as well. It had a 2 person couch along with desk area and mini kitchenette. And also had a view of the ocean. Room was updated and clean. The pool was large and clean and so was the hot tub! Check in was all done online so one we arrived all I had to do was show my id and got handed the room keys. This hotel also had a full breakfast. We will definitely be back!!!
