The 100m2 apartment, for 4 people, is located in an independent wing of our renovated barn located on a slight hill overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
With private terrace and barbecue to eat outside and surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

On the ground floor it has 1 living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen area (with dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas, fridge, microwave, toaster, filter coffee), double sofa bed and a bathroom with wc and shower.
On the first floor it has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. 1 second bathroom.

The beautiful 12 x 6 m fenced swimming pool is approximately 60 meters away. The parking lot is inside the property. The most beautiful historic cities of Tuscany are all around us.
Monteriggioni is 4 km, Siena 20 km Florence 35 km, Chianti and San Gimignano 15 km, Volterra 30 km, Montalcino 40 km etc.

Excellent time

We absolutely loved Marcella & Enzo’s property. The pool was exactly what we needed to relax after a busy and hot few days in Rome & Venice. Just a 10 min drive from the train station. The home is set up very nicely with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved meeting the donkeys, having a quiet place to relax along with modern conveniences like a washing machine. We were treated like family. We hope to return in the future. Huge thank you! Breathtaking views. The cottage was picture perfect.
