In one of the most beautiful panoramic hills near Florence, there is this pleasant and large holiday structure made up of two villas for rent, managed by BelcantoVillas, that can accommodate up to 17 people.
The two villas are independent from each other, each with its own swimming pool, allowing a holiday in privacy even for larger groups.
It is immersed in a dominant position in the Tuscan countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, just 30 minutes from Florence. It is surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and enjoys an excellent panoramic view.
A few minutes by car you will find the village of Montelupo Fiorentino where you can find all the services; the town is famous for its ceramics, which is why it is called "The Town of Ceramics".
The property dates back to the 11th century and has undergone a meticulous restoration of the antique terracotta floors and wooden ceilings.
The property has been furnished with taste and elegance, maintaining its original Tuscan style. Today the property is equipped with the most modern comforts of a holiday home. Guests have at their disposal two private swimming pools, one with an infinity edge and the other with a hydromassage. The outdoor patio offers great views and is ideal for al fresco dining.

The position of the villa, in the center of Florentine Chianti, allows you to reach the most suggestive medieval hamlets of Tuscany in one hour or less.
Main Distances: Montespertoli (14km.), Greve in chianti (35km.), Firenze airport (30 km.), Firenze city center (40km.), Seaside Marina di Pisa (60 km.), Siena (75 km.)

There are two swimming pools.
The first adjacent to the Sunflower cottage is an infinity pool with a whirlpool tub (10.5x7.5 m), furnished with loungers, recliners, a super-relaxing hammock for two, table and chairs, surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by rolling hills.
The second adjacent to the Sunbathing villa is a spectacular infinity pool with whirlpool tub (8x3.3 m), furnished with sun loungers, recliners, a super-relaxing hammock for two, table and chairs, surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the rolling hills.

The pools contain salt water which is healthier and brings the following benefits: elimination of chlorine odor, beneficial action on the skin and reduction of chemicals. The pools are open from May to September. Upon request, it is possible to anticipate or postpone the pool opening period, paying an extra €250/week in cash upon check-in.

Free covered parking for 2 cars near the cottage and free parking for 4 or 5 cars in front of the villa.

The holiday property consists of two adjacent villas less than 100 meters apart: the villa and the cottage. For a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms

The holiday villa consists of two floors and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Main ground floor: two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with splendid arched windows overlooking the valley and a guest bathroom. The night area consists of a 1st spacious double bedroom with its bathroom with large shower, the 2nd master bedroom with a double bed, a separate dressing room and a large private bathroom with shower and the 3rd single bedroom /study which is also a passage room for the upper floor.
First Floor: two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for relaxing reading), a second bright and panoramic kitchen with access to the terrace and a bathroom. Then comes the 4th double bedroom with its own private bathroom with large shower, the 5th large double bedroom, and the 6th twin bedroom with another bathroom with shower.

The holiday cottage is spread over two levels and has 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor: cozy dining room with bright and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in shower.
First Floor: An open-plan mezzanine with large living room with fireplace and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people - 160cm wide.

The property has been renovated with traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors.
The original architectural details have been preserved in a new elegant and comfortable design where there are fine paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical ornaments that characterize the building.
