Clean room, good breakfast and nice staff. AC wasn’t working at 100% but it was enough to help us sleep ok at night.

I visited with my wife and teenage daughter. We had an amazing time! Ashley was very helpful in arranging a day on the water. We had relaxing evening strolls down to the beachfront for dinner each night. Be prepared for a hike up/down the hillside to get from the beachfront to the hotel. I also recommend you arrange for a transfer to the B&B if arriving by train in Orbetello. The hike is much harder with luggage (lots of stairs)

Very nice staff with good service. Beautiful panoramic terrace. Breakfast okay, but nothing special. The parkingoptions outside the hotel are very difficult. We spend a lot of time looking for places to park.
