This charming beach house is located just a stones throw from the beach in Hither Hills! This two story upside down home has a vaulted ceiling and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light on the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs along with bathroom, kitchen, living room and large sliding glass doors leading out to an expansive deck with grill and outdoor seating for outdoor dining and relaxation. The lower level features one additional bedroom and bathroom, as well as a separate bonus room with glass sliding doors leading out to the yard. You can shower up after a day at the beach in your outdoor shower, and there is an attached garage for your storage needs. This property is a member of the Hither Hills Beach Association giving you beach and parking access too! A perfect rental for summer relaxation by the beach.

The best stay!

I had a fantastic time staying at Adam’s beach house. First of all, you can’t beat the location! It was a 5 or 6 minute walk to the ocean and it was spectacular. I couldn’t believe this sort of privacy existed! The street itself is so nice and quiet, truly what we were looking for in our getaway. It’s also just a few minutes to Gurneys and to downtown Montauk and our family really enjoyed all the area attractions and the amazing restaurants. Being just minutes to the train and jitney was ideal too. The house was very well equipped and very thoughtfully designed, and we felt at home right away. We loved the beachy vibes, and had a great time dining and grilling outside on the deck, and the bonus level was also a nice surprise. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Great place for a Montauk weekend!

Got invited to a last minute party out in Montauk and needed to find a place to stay fast. The property owner communicated in a very timely manner in response to my inquiry. House is really nice and in a great location in Hither Hills--was able to easily get to downtown MTK and all the main hot spots. Would definitely stay here again.
