A poca distancia de la ciudad, súper panorámica con piscina privada y jardín, Wifi, aire acondicionado.

Villa independiente de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños a poca distancia de la ciudad con tiendas y restaurantes. La piscina (7m x 14m; Profundidad: 1. 4m - abierta: mayo - octubre) y el jardín son para su uso exclusivo. Las vistas se extienden hasta donde alcanza la vista sobre el valle. Hay muchas hamacas y sombrillas disponibles para que disfrute de los días soleados en su villa. Más cerca de la cocina también se encuentra una pérgola cubierta equipada para comer al aire libre (con luces) para sus comidas panorámicas.

Debido a la estrecha calzada, solo se pueden conducir automóviles normales (tamaño máximo equivalente a una camioneta Fiat Ducato).

La villa está inmersa en un entorno tranquilo, pero no es remota y tiene fácil acceso a los principales sitios de la Toscana, a poca distancia de tiendas / restaurantes. Aunque su villa goza de total privacidad, hay un par de casas vecinas: nuestra casa de verano y otra habitada por residentes locales tranquilos.

Las habitaciones y la cocina tienen aire acondicionado con control individual. Internet Wifi (tenga en cuenta que esta no es una conexión de línea fija para descargar archivos y hasta 2 dispositivos a la vez; es muy bueno navegar por Internet y leer correos electrónicos).

El jardín es amplio y privado y la piscina tiene una sección para niños donde el agua es poco profunda. Para sus comidas al aire libre colocamos una pérgola con luces donde disfrutar de las magníficas puestas de sol.

Planta baja
- Veranda con una hermosa mesa boscosa grande y sala de estar desde donde disfrutar de excelentes vistas del jardín y la piscina. Desde aquí hay una puerta a la cocina y también al jardín.
- Cocina con aire acondicionado, encimeras de gas, nevera y congelador, lavavajillas, horno completo, hervidor de agua, mesa y sillas. Puerta al exterior y puerta a la veranda. Un tramo de escaleras (en espiral) conduce al primer piso..
- 1 baño con ducha y lavadora (se accede desde el exterior y se encuentra justo al lado de la terraza)

Al primer piso se accede internamente desde la cocina (escalera de caracol) o por la escalera externa.
- Sala de estar con TV (canales italianos) y sofá cama doble.
- 4 habitaciones con mamparas, aire acondicionado y vistas panorámicas:
2 con camas dobles + 1 con dos camas individuales / unibles + 1 habitación más pequeña con una cama individual (a pedido, podemos agregar una cama plegable / no es posible ser cama doble ya que una cama es más baja)
- 2 baños con duchas

Italy Adventure ‘23

Our stay at Casa Tosca was wonderful. Monica gave us a warm welcome and we settled into this beautiful villa quickly before setting out for daily road trips in and around the region. The pool was refreshing and the house a comfortable place to gather together for family dinners, playing cards and watching g the sunset over the Tuscan hills.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Views, and very nice host

This home was perfect for my family of 4. The views of the Tuscan countryside were amazing. Monica is a very lovely host who is very organized and knowledgeable. She leaves a book of places to see while in Montaione. She provided us with a bowl of fresh fruit, olive oil (from her farm, which my son says was the best olive oil), wine and some other items. The pool is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing

This is a spacious and comfortable property with splendid views. Plenty of room for everyone. The village is near enough for shops/bars/restaurants but far enough for it to be quiet. Monica was waiting for us to arrive and gave us a tour of the property. She also booked an evening meal at a nearby restaurant for us. Pisa and Florence are about an hour away. We were warned when we booked, but it is a steep hill up to the village

We had an amazing vacation at this property with three of our friends. It perfectly fitted and we could even had been more people. The host Monica couldn’t do enough for us, she made sure we knew what was going on the city and checked everything was fine and functioning. The property was very well-maintained - every day the pool and the garden was taken care of and everything looked beautiful. The road to the village is quite steep but the village is close by and very nicer We walked the path a few times, and else we took the car up, had dinner and drinks at the fabulous restaurants in the city (they are all very good!) and walked down the path later that evening and picked up the car in the morning when we went for breakfast at the local bakery. I can highly recommend staying there. The pool is amazing. The view is even better and the Villa has everything you need including mosquito nets in front of the window and Aircon in every room.

A truly memorable vacation in a beautiful villa!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Tosca very, very much! The villa is beautiful, as depicted by the website photos. The villa is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the setting tranquil and breathtaking. In every way, the house lived up to our expectations. The garden with the pool is beautiful. Casa Tosca is also well situated for day trips. The owner, Family Fondelly is great! They were always helpful and very friendly, Overall, we could not have asked for a better location or accommodation. We would very highly recommend the gorgeous Casa Tosca! We had a wonderful time and with many good memories. Thank you so much for a truly memorable vacation! We'll be back! Maryam

Just Heavenly

The first impressions of Casa Tosca blew us away, the photos cant do justice to the amazing view down onto the Tuscan hills and across to the Apennines. We could have stood looking at it for the whole week. The location is perfect for driving to Siena, San Gimingano, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Supermarkets close by, we used the Lidl in Castelfiorentino. The villa itself is very clean and well kept with every amenity you could need. The pool was amazing and a gorgeous sun trap in an evening and we made the most of the BBQs and sitting at the outside table. Couple of notes - as the weather starts to warm up it does take a while to heat up the house overall so i would recommend that you get Monica to read the meters to enable you to put the heating on if you need to. We had a chilly night or too and the option to pop the heating on a bit would have been good. It is a big house to think that a week of 22 degrees will heat it up...give yourselves the option. Pool was a bit chilly but we still made the most of it and once you were in it was fine. We had a completely heavenly week and would love to go back at some point.

Tolles Haus, traumhafter Pool

Haus, Garten und Pool sind wunderschön, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir wurden von Monica sehr nett empfangen, auf dem Tischstand eine gefüllte Obstschale, Wein und Olivenöl, man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem kommt man zu Fuß zu den sehr guten Restaurants in Montaione und auch zum Supermarkt und Bäcker. Die Straße zum Haus ist wirklich steil, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir hatten das Haus 2 Wochen gemietet, nach einer Woche wurden Handtücher gewechselt, Betten frisch bezogen und die Bäder geputzt. Ein wirklich schöner Ort für einen erholsamen Toskana-Urlaub.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus ist ruhig aber dennoch fußläufig zur Altstadt gelegen. Allerdings ist der Weg steil und nicht für jeden leicht zu meistern. Haus gut ausgestattet, aber Fernseher eher klein. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, makellos sauber, wir haben jeden Tag gebadet. Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen da verbracht.

Wonderful Luxury Holiday Villa

Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed luxury villa set in breathtaking countryside. Monica was a very kind and gracious hostess and we greatly welcomed the generous welcome pack of provisions. The nearby village was also very nice with several good restaurants and a good supermarket. If you want top quality accommodation, with your own pool and set amidst the best of Tuscan scenery - this is the place to book.

Erholsame Sommertage mit eigenem Pool

Es ist genau das was wir suchten. Ein Haus UND ein Pool für uns alleine. Weg vom Tourismus und von Corona. Absolut ruhig gelegen, gut eingerichtet, draussen und drinnen genügend Platz. Ein paar nette Restaurant in der Umgebung wenn man mal nicht selber kochen möchte.

TOP Location zum relaxen

Im Casa Tosca kann man zu 100% relaxen und den Urlaub in allen Zügen geniessen. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch die gute Ausstattung - sei es in der Küche, oder im Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlagen in den einzelnen Zimmern sind zuverlässig, man kann so auch bei heissem Wetter gut schlafen. Der Pool war unser Highlight, ebenso die grandiose Aussicht. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful villa with stunning views

The villa enjoys stunning views and the pool area is fantastic. The bedrooms are all a good size and the aircon is excellent.there is everything you need in the villa and the kitchen is fully equipped. The local supermarket is a short drive and stocks all you could wish for. The surrounding area is so beautiful with lots of places to visit. The only negative is the approach to the villa from the main road. The approach is about half a mile long but it is very steep and bumpy and meant that we were not able to walk into the town in the evening. Overall an excellent holiday and the owners were very friendly.

Un petit coin de paradis!

La villa est tout simplement magnifique! Nous y avons passé 7 nuits pour sillonner la Toscane et c’était parfait. Nichée entre plusieurs villages, nous avons pu effectuer plusieurs déplacements tous plus intéressants les un que les autres. Un incontournable: San Gimignano , une découverte; Volterra! Monica nous a accueilli avec une foule d’infos pratiques et elle était très réactive face à nos quetions et demandes diverses. La vue, la vue, la vue! Ne serait-ce que pour cela, cette villa est parfaite. Nous devions être quatre et la grandeur pour deux couples ou une famille de 5 est idéale. La piscine est un plus ! Great hospitality. The villa had everything we could have needed, and more. Quiet location but within easy driving distance of San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra. Highly recommended.

Fabulous villa and views

Lovely villa, pool and views over the hills. Spacious and well equipped for communal eating. The host was very friendly and helpful. Worth the tricky super steep access road (nervous drivers beware!).

The Prettiest Property In Tuscany!

Casa Tosca is on perhaps the most beautiful piece of land in all of Tuscany. We have been lucky enough to visit some very special places in our lives but waking up to the sun rising over the Tuscan landscape with the loveliest pool in the foreground makes you feel like royalty. The property is very well attended to, with a perfectly cut lawn, colorful flowers, and hedges that provide a good amount of privacy, despite being quite close to a neighboring old Tuscan home. That home is also owned by Casa Tosca’s owner, but houses a year-long tenant who we saw very little of, yet enough to feel like we were staying in real Italy. The villa itself is spotless, comfortable and very well-equipped. Given the superb weather, we spent the majority of our time outside when we were there. Inside, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The kitchen is small but very well stocked and upon arrival, Monica provided all sorts of wonderful treats (wine, cookies, fruit, oil and herbs, coffee, etc.) free of charge. (She was also incredibly attentive throughout our stay, no matter the subject!) And the kitchen was plenty big enough for our family of four to enjoy a cooking class - we made tiramisu, lamb and fresh pasta! Had we spent more time inside, a more comfortable living space would have been nice, but it was unnecessary for our family. The hill to the town is long and steep - got the kids to do it once, carrying groceries and all! I did it often - great exercise. The town of Montaione makes it all worth it. Almost a caricature of itself - a mini Sienna, complete with delicious restaurants, gelatti places, a supermarket (co-op) with a wonderful deli and bakery and great selection of fresh produce. Adorable shops line the cobblestone streets and the old Italian men enjoy hanging out together in jovial groups, consistent with the cliche. The villa is an hour from Sienna (by car), Lucca (by car) and Florence (car to train.) We also visited San Gimignano for dinner on our way back from a day trip to Sienna. A must! Lastly, the villa guide has been incredibly thoughtfully put together and was an enormous help in pre-planning our itinerary as well as for reference during our stay. Casa Tosca is a FABULOUS place! Amazing vacationhouse

The house was exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean, a pool cleaning man came every morning. Besutiful location and a nice little town up the street, where there were plenty of places to shop or eat. Very steep hill at the end of the street. Everything was in perfect condition at the house. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful house

Me and my familj wisited this wonderful house for one week in june. Everything was very nice, the house and the garden and the big pool. The children, 6 years and 1,5 years had a great time, they played in the garden and they bath in the pool from the morning until the evening The house had everything, a big kitchen, and the Dinnerroom until the kitchen had a great wiev.The beedrooms were very nice and it was very good with two big bathrooms. Extra plus for the bathroom near the pool.
