Villa Virginia is located on top of a hill overlooking the Chianti green fields. From its stunning position, it enjoys privileged incredible views of the countryside surrounding extending as far as the eye can see.

The white washed walls add brightness and luminosity to the villa which has been superbly renovated to the highest standards. The stylish furnishing in the typical Tuscan elegant essential style perfectly melts with all the modern comforts included air conditioning and Wi-fI internet connection.

Immersed in the green countryside and surrounded by the Tuscan trade mark cypress trees, the villa is completely private and it offers a totally private pool dominating the verdant hills pointed with villages.

ACCOMODATION: Villa Virginia is 275 square meters divided in two floors connected by an internal staircase. It sleeps 12 persons in 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

On the ground floor you will access the large living room with sofas and fireplace and the dining area. The perfectly equipped kitchen provides a 6 burner cook top, electric oven, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster. A separate room hosts fridge, freezer, washer and dryer. On the same level there is also a guest bathroom.

On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers except one with bathtub and handy shower. One smaller room is a twin bedroom (beds can be put together) with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The villa has air conditioning and heating system throughout as well as Wi-Fi internet connection (hotspot or ADSL line). Each room has its own hairdryer.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: From its spectacular location perched on top of a hill, Villa Virginia enjoys the most breath-taking views. The French windows at the villa open directly onto the loggia equipped with wrought iron garden furniture completed by cushions.

The pool area is also perfectly equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas and embellished with flower pots. The infinity pool (7 m x 14 m; shallow end 1.2 m - deep end 2.5 m) has a Whirlpool hydromassage area deep 90 cm.

All the external areas of the villa are fully lit up at night.

The price includes: final cleanings, all utilities, house pool and garden maintenance, one mid week maid service (no linens change), one full cleaning with linens and towels change for stays longer than a week

The price excludes (to be paid to the property): city tax: Euro 1 per person per night (for the first 7 day of stay - adults and children from 14 years); heating (winter season only): Euro 100.00 per day.

Keys deposit: Euro 800.00 (via wire transfer, which will then be returned at the end of the stay upon damages).
