Newly renovated and perfectly located in a majestic red pine forest within 5 min of everything Tremblant has to offer.

As soon as you enter, you know you are in a well-designed residence that reflects a country getaway. With a spacious 1400 sq. feet of living- spaces on 2 levels, the property is ideal for two or three couples and/or large family wanting a peaceful location to retreat to after enjoying sporting, festivals and arts events.

The main entrance has a rustic look with its barn wood walls and open closet concept. The airy main floor features a large living room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling. The kitchen has been entirely renovated and is stocked with all the cooking essentials. All bathrooms have been redone to todays taste. The outside has two decks, one that is screened in and one with a BBQ and dining table with cozy lighting to enjoy the evening.

Well located and close to several golf courses, Mont Tremblant resort for skiing and festivals, cross country ski/hiking trails, relaxation at the Scandinavian Spa and access to Le Petit Train du Nord bike path.

This is a pet free, non smoking home.

Condo très pratique situé dans le bois loin du bruit de véhicule. À 10 minutes des pentes de ski. Le seul point à améliorer serait d'avoir une indication de nom de rue ou chemin car rien nous dit que nous sommes au bon endroit avant d'y être.
