In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cosy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, two cosy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another shower room. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without going through the house.
And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two luxurious 160cm beds and a large terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.
And let's not forget the crown jewel: the beautiful Playa Cristal, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches. très bon séjour
Maison rénovée dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à 3mn à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Proche aussi des supermarchés (en voiture). La maison est sur 3 étages: rez de jardin: cuisine salle à manger/salon, douche et toilettes; au 1er étage qui est aussi un rez de chaussée côté rue: 2 chambres et une douche/toilettes; au 2e étage: une grande chambre avec 2 lits à 2 places et une salle de bain/toilettes. La voiture peut être garée dans le jardin avec portail automatique. A notre arrivée, la maison était très propre. Les climatisations présentes sur les 3 étages fonctionnent très bien et très rapidement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et merci d'avoir accepté notre chien.
