Super Lage. Nettes und gutes Strandlokal in unmittelbar Nähe - keine Lärmbelästigung durch dieses. Strand sauber. Leider waren die Rückenpolster der Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer nicht bezogen.

Anfänglich böse Überraschung

Als wir ankamen, sah alles ziemlich verwildert aus. Der Garten war mit Unkraut übersät, was auch in den 16 Tagen nicht behoben wurde . Auf der Terassendecke waren ca.20 Schnecken, die ebenfalls nicht entfernt wurden. Es gab nur 3 Gartenstühle, 2 davon waren kaputt, wurden aber nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. Gartentisch war ebenfalls beschädigt. Im Haus war es nicht sauber geputzt, wurde nach Reklamation behoben. Agentur in Miami platja sehr Unverschämt

auf Sauberkeit achten

Es wäre schön, wenn mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet würde, insbesondere in den Badezimmern, in denen volle Mülleimer ohne Müllsäcke hinterlassen wurden! Wenn auf das Fehlen von Toilettenpapier in WC, staubige Möbel, kaputte Stehlampe und Flecken auf den Bettlaken in den Schlafzimmern und einen kaputten Grill Wert nicht zu legen, dann ist die Unterkunft im Allgemeinen nicht schlecht.

Positivo:accesso diretto su una spiaggia poco affollata. Ottimamente accessoriata: aria condizionata,TV, lavastoviglie,lavatrice, accessori cucina, veranda esterna, posto auto, n.3 bagni. Negativo: pulizia carente in particolare in cucina, all'interno dei mobili, nel garage, area esterna. I divani necessitano di coperture. Le sedie giardino necessitano di manutenzione/sostituzione. Manca collegamento wifi. Scala interna accesso al primo piano non a norma sicurezza e pericolosa per i bambini. Inviata mail con le osservazioni al team interhome
