Villa Lotus is a terraced house with a private swimming pool, located in Pino Alto just 200 metres from Crystal Beach and the Seafront Promenade. The house has been recently renovated and has 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and garage.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a 150x200 bed, independent kitchen, living room, porch and access to the garden.
On the upper floor there are 3 double rooms (2 bedrooms with 90x200 beds and one with a 180x200 bed) and two full bathrooms.
Externally, it has a lovely private swimming pool and a chill-out area with a barbecue. The location is exceptional in the prestigious Pino Alto area, next to the best beach on the golden coast, the seafront promenade and the most well-known restaurants are nearby. The house is comfortable, cosy, fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi.
The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
