Such a great view

The house was great, we were there for my son‘s college graduation. Plenty of rooms. The house was in great condition. The view from the kitchen window is amazing.

Great space!

The house was clean and well maintained. It was set up great for our group to be together. The screened in porch had a great view. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable. We would stay again!!

Great house!

The house was roomy and we loved the porch! The house was set up well, and I even learned how to grill on the green egg. Negatives-problem with the heat & air downstairs. Lost power for a couple of hours, and no flaslight or candles in the house, and we did not like the sloped ramp down to the lake--it should have been twrraced.

Wonderful property

This is an excellent choice if you are visiting Smith Mountain Lake. The home was clean and well-maintained. We had a little issue with the lock-box to obtain the keys but the property manager answered my call on the first ring and helped me gain access. Beds were very comfortable and linens were furnished!

Beautiful view of lake from spacious home. Lots of room to spread out and will accommodate at least two families and Gma and Gpa! Handrail along sidewalk down to lake would have been helpful. Leaves and acorns made steps tricky.

Labor Day Family Gathering

Great property. Plenty of space to hang out together, plenty of space to have some privacy. Easily accomodates a larger group. Well stocked, clean and in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

Family friendly

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home! The screened-in porch was wonderful! It was clean, no cobwebs, or even pollen! My 1 yr. Old grandson and 4 yr. old granddaughter enjoyed playing out there. It was a great place for them to play while other family members slept in the am!

Serenity Beyond Belief

This property is amazing - clean and comfortable - plenty of room. The screened in porch was a huge plus - we were able to enjoy sitting outside in the rain - the sound of the birds, the fish jumping in the lake - we had come for a family wedding and were able to enjoy staying here. There does need to be trash cans put in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but other than that, the place was wonderful and so well kept!

Relaxing weekend

We had a relaxing weekend with friends. The house was clean, nicely maintained, and cozy. The screened in porch was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful lake views. It was perfectly located near activities and restaurants. The host was responsive and even stopped by with some breakfast goodies. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Fishing for the guys & Shopping, relaxation for the girls!

My husband and I and two other couples rented this house for a long weekend—Thursday thru Sunday! It was the perfect house for us! We are all great friends and had enough privacy with all the separate bedrooms and bathrooms as well as plenty of shared space to cook, eat, relax, talk, watch TV and catch up on all the things!! The house is spacious! We loved the screened porch, the swing on the dock and the location was perfect for the guys to fish as much as they wanted and for the girls to go shopping, antique-ing and sightseeing!! We had the BEST weekend!! The property owner is excellent with excellent communication!! We look forward to staying again!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Beautiful lake house

This place is absolutely amazing. We had an amazing time kayaking, swimming and enjoying the view of the lake from screen in porch. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Amazing house with breath taking views

House with clean and owners with above and beyond to make our stay relaxed. House had anything you could need provided. The dock swing was such an awesome extra for relaxation. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

This place was perfect for the family. We had plenty of room for our party of 10 with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The screened in porch off the back over looking the lake was a small paradise! It was so pleasant and peaceful. The dock was very nice and the storage closet at the dock was so handy. We were able to leave our floats and fishing gear in the closet all week without having to worry or tote them up and down the hill. The neighbor was very peaceful and very little traffic. The house is on the main channel so there was lots of boats and entertainment throughout the day. This made for gorgeous views but the wake on the water was a lot from time to time.

Like staying at a friends house

This home is located on beautiful lot with stunning views. The dock swing with my morning coffee was the cherry on top. All of our needs were anticipated and we were welcomed with charming baskets of snacks and essentials. The only way my stay could’ve been better was if I could’ve stayed longer. You can not go wrong with this home.
