With several vineyards nearby, Smith Mountain Lake State Park just across the water, golf courses, and the shops and restaurants of Moneta around seven miles away, you'll have no problem finding fun ways to spend your days. Or, just stay close to home and play cornhole in the yard, swim or fish in the lake, or slip into the provided kayaks for a quiet paddle from the dock.

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan, high ceilings, and plenty of space to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen will help the chef keep everyone fed, and you can dine together at the adjacent table or step outside and dine alfresco on the deck. Enjoyable stay

Loved the location of this property. The family enjoyed kayaking, shuffleboard, morning coffee and evening dinners on the deck. Even our puppy was living his best life. We were sad to leave. Definitely would stay here again.

Fishing Tournament Weekend

Long weekend with the family for the Spring Big Bass Tournament. House was perfect for our family in a great location. Very clean and mostly comfortable. Could use some upgrades like a Keurig coffee maker and maybe mattress toppers as bed was not the most comfortable but overall we loved it there.

Lake House

This house is absolutely stunning! Besides the amazing view on either of the decks, it was well maintained in cleanliness. The location is great, and it’s even more so because of the convenience of walking to the lake in the extremely short distance. We enjoyed having coffee on the top deck in the mornings, and watching fireworks at night. We’re already in discussion on looking forward to rebooking this for next year!

Beautiful view of the lake every morning, and the town is very picturesque and beautiful. Got to kayak on the lake and swim as well. Only criticism would be that we wish the outdoor furniture was cleaned and usable. There was no hose for us to clean the outdoor furniture with, and it was very dirty.

Wonderful Lake Getaway

Great place to stay. The home has wonderful views, large dock for fishing and just sitting in the sun. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The kitchen is well stock with cooking and eating essentials. Plenty of space to move around. The furniture on both floors were very comfortable. Although we didn't have time to play shuffleboard, it was a nice option to have. Each bedroom had enough space to unpack and feel right at home. I would definitely come back.

Great house/dock. Some communication issues

House was great, clean, etc. No access code provided by Vacasa via text or email. Had to call twice. Also Vacasa and VRBO conflict on rules. VRBO says 2 boat limit on dock while Vacasa says not allowed to tie off on dock. What!?
