Nice apartment, practically new. Two double rooms, comfortable living room, bathroom with shower, large and independent kitchen and terrace facing east. Garage space in the basement of the building. It has a community pool. Located in a farm with few neighbors, quiet atmosphere. 150 meters from the beach and a few meters from the main service area.
20 minutes from the city of Castellón and 35 minutes from Valencia city. 10 km from the San Josep Caves, in the Vall d'Uixo.
