Bien que situé au centre ville, le logement est paisible grâce à son balcon qui donne sur une cour/place privative et piétonne, avec une fontaine.
Vieille ville, plages, commerces, transports (...) vous trouverez tout à proximité, dans un quartier dynamique faisant partie du centre ville de Menton.
Côté transports en commun, vous serez à moins de 5 minutes des trains et des bus qui connectent Menton aux autres villes du littoral (Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Italie...). L'aéroport est également facilement desservi avec la navette et la gare à quelques mètres.
