house in a medieval village in the hinterland of Nice, facing south and overlooking a beautiful garden with arbor, reserved for tenants. quiet and sunny, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Pre-Alps ... The house is 20km from Nice and the sea and on the road to the Mercantour National Park (approx, 40km
   The layout of the house is as follows: on the 1st level: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
2nd level: 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are about 12 steps to access the 1st level, therefore raised above the garden and then 1 floor to access the bedrooms.

The house is located in Berre itself but not in the small streets of the village; the entrance is place Bellevue.

The rental price does not include the supply of linen or the cleaning costs which may be requested in addition. During certain periods (March-April or September October) a supplement for heating can be requested as an option.
Pets are accepted for an additional € 30 per animal

Berre les Alpes au printemps!
Un super séjour au printemps, les vues depuis la maison sont absolument magnifiques. La maison est accueillante, avec une magnifique terrasse, idéalement située dans le village et très calme. La proximité de l'épicerie du village est très appréciable. La réservation, la communication avec la propriétaire puis l'accueil ont été parfait. Je recommande cette location

Martine et son époux sont des gens très agréables tout comme la maison avec un jardin clôturé en plein centre du charmant village de Berre les Alpes. La maison est bien et tout le confort est là pour séjourner agréablement..et si ils manquent des éléments vos hôtes se feront un plaisir de vous répondre tout comme à des recommandations sur la région des Alpes ou du littoral niçois.. Mes 2 fidèles chiens et moi même avons passé un séjour délicieux

Schöne Umgebung in ruhiger Lage, aber ...
Das Objekt liegt weit oben in einem kleinen idyllischen Dorf. Die Anfahrt nach oben umfasst 20 Serpentinen. Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in der etwas unherzlichen Unterkunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die sehr nette Ludmilla, die aber leider kein Englisch sprach, nur Russisch. Das Haus selbst war geräumig, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre war kühl und älteres Mobiliar war in fast jedem Zimmer zu finden. Damit konnten wir uns anfreunden. Bad und Küche waren relativ neu und Ok. Auch die Fensterläden ganz wunderbar, dadurch war es kühl und zum Schlafen sehr angenehm. Der kleine Laden vorm Haus zum täglichen Einkauf fantastisch, auch die kleine Pizzeria, einen Steinwurf entfernt, sehr gut! Was allerdings wirklich unschön war, war der sehr ungepflegte, verdorrte Garten, ausgestattet mit hässlichen Möbeln. Es gab weder für die Plastikstühle noch alten Metallliegen Auflagen und keinen Sonnenschirm. Hinzukam, dass es Müll im Garten lag, umringt von Sperrmüll am Hauseingang. Wir konnten den Garten somit nicht nutzen. Eine überdachte Veranda, gemäß Beschreibung, gab es nicht. Diese wurde von Ludmillas Familie genutzt und der Anblick beim täglichen Vorbeigehen war sehr unschön. Direkt bei Ankunft reklamieren wir, besonders den sehr ungepflegten, schmutzigen Außenbereich. Wir wurden leider nicht ernst genommen. Das Argument, es sei Sommer und deshalb der Garten komplett vertrocknet, befriedigte uns nicht.

les 2 terrasses donnent sur des vues magnifiques... on y retournera. la maison est très agréable ; fraîche alors que les t° extérieures étaient hautes. très pratiques avec des enfants ou 2 couples. proches de randos, de cascades, ... nous recommandons.

Ce qui nous a plu: La vue magnifique sur les montagnes jusqu'à la mer. Village perché très joli et vivant. Epicerie à côté et restaurant en face. Ce qu'on pourrait améliorer: le chauffage dans le gite!!!! Pas de Wifi, la TV ne fonctionnait pas.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in abgeschiedener Lage.
Wir haben im September 2022 zu dritt eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieter waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht zugegen, der Check-in hat aber trotzdem super funktioniert, da uns die Nachbarin aufgeschlossen und alles gezeigt hat. Das Haus war sauber und im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns von den Räumlichkeiten gut gefallen. Die Betten waren gut und die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist jedoch leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, besonders der Herd und der Backofen. Auch der Küchenschrank war in schlechtem Zustand, da die Schubladen dauernd geklemmt haben und sich schlecht öffnen ließen. Was auch zu bemängeln war, war dass im Flur und auch im Treppenaufgang kein Licht ging und wir somit behelfsmäßig eine Tischleuchte, auf den Boden gestellt haben, um im Dunkeln nicht die Treppe hinunterzufallen. Das Bad war relativ neu und bis auf den halb-defekten Duschschlauch in Ordnung. Ein echter Minuspunkt ist leider die Anfahrt in das Bergdorf. Es handelt sich um eine extrem kurvenreiche und steile Serpentinenstraße , die die eigenen Fahrkünste extrem herausfordert. Nachts ist die Strecke absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Man muss sich gut organisieren, da es im Ort selbst keinen Supermarkt und keinen Bäcker gibt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist unten am Berg. Dort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Eventuell wäre es hilfreich gewesen, wenn der Vermieter in der Beschreibung des Objekts auf diese steile Serpentinenstraße hingewiesen hätte. Davon abgesehen war es trotz allem ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

Magnifique vue
Située à 20 km de Nice environ 30 mn car c et en altitude et la route est pleine de lacet Maison bien jardin clôturé située sur la place du village au calme Balcon tout en longueur Par contre nous n avons pas de lumière dehors donc pas de barbecue possible ni manger dehors c est bien dommage Pas d électricité dans le couloir en bas ni dans la montée d escalier Sinon l emplacement est bien car au calme

Ein Ferienhaus mit Stil...
Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem charmanten Haus. Es war definitiv alles vorhanden was man benötigt... ob zum Kochen oder zum sonstigen täglichen Leben... wir waren angenehm überrascht auch Dinge vorzufinden, die nicht in der Beschreibung standen wie zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine und ein kleiner Gefrierschrank. Der große Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht und auch der Garten lassen einen Frühstück und Essen genießen. Der Anfahrtsweg nach Berre des Alpes ist wegen der Serpentinen etwas gewöhnungbedürftig, nach ein paar Fahrten klappt das aber recht gut. Leider gibt es im Ort selbst kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr, aber in knapp 10 Kilometer entfernten Trinité gibt es einen sehr guten Supermarkt (Intermarché) der alles bietet was man braucht. Gleich neben dem Ferienhaus gibt es eine gute Pizzeria und ein Hotelrestaurant, wo man günstig und gut essen kann und auch Croissants für das Frühstück bekommen kann. Leider haben wir die Hausbesitzer nicht kennengelernt. Das beauftragte Ehepaar in der Nachbarschaft ist aber mit allem vertraut, sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns absolut wohl in dem urigen Bergdorf mit seinen liebenswerten Bewohnern. Mit etwas Glück bekamen wir immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus oder mussten auf einen der weitern Parkplätze in der Nähe ausweichen... alle Plätze im Ort sind kostenlos.
