Great apartment: clean, modern, bright, sunny also very secure. Great location: on the beach but also within old town and close to all stores. Management team is friendly and knowlegeable.

Wonderful Stay

The location is perfect and quiet. The space is large and feels like somewhere you could easily live, unlike lots of other properties that have very compact living spaces. The host was very very helpful and gave lots of great tips about the area. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment is exactly like the photos, couldn't want a more perfectly located apartment, right opposite the beach and close to the town centre and old town (very quiet at night though).Apartment was really clean and surprisingly spacious, had everything we could ask for. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Menton. From the moment we walked through the gate, to meeting Catherine for check in, to the beautiful spacious apartment, to exploring Menton and the Cote D'Azur, to the sad day we had to check out - everything was perfect. You are a ten minute walk to the train station and some of the best croissants in France are right around the corner at Avé. Highly recommended! We can't wait until we can return.

Gourmet’s Delight

The apartment was immaculate with a kitchen that would be the dream of any serious cook. While lacking a sea view, it was a quiet and relaxing place to unwind. We would definitely come again.

Loved location and Menton….

This accommodation was great for two friends although the sofa bed is not ideal for adults. We made it work. Kitchen was well equipped and location was great. Property managers were accessible and helpful and very nice.

Quiet place by the beach and the vibrant city

Nice apartment very close to the beach with all necessities including air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in and perfect communication with Catherine. The apartment could have been cleaner.

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of the beautiful Menton. The building is full of charatcter including a very old and still functioning lift. The beaches and local market are just minutes away. The apartment is a good size with a well equipped kitchen and small balcony. Catherine and Philippe are friendly and helpful hosts. This is our second visit to Menton, it's a absolute gem of a place! Eat at Cote Sud on the front. We'll be back!

A memorable stay in Menton!

Our stay at Beach Serenity was very comfortable and the location, perfect for a winter getaway. The flat is well-equipped to be able to enjoy some “home cooking”; food shops are nearby as well as the morning market. And it is extreme quiet for sleeping. It is easy to get to the train and bus stations on foot or the free “Navette”. I would recommend this property to a couple or two friends. Catherine and Philippe were always available to assist. We stayed for a week in June. The location is ideal, right opposite the beach and within a two minute walk of shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely Central market. As the apartment is at the rear of the building there is no traffic noise and sitting on the balcony is very peaceful. Apartment is very spacious with a large living and kitchen area, a decent sized bedroom with plenty of hanging space and drawers in the fitted wardrobes. Bathroom is spacious and the shower is excellent. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. Very nice decor throughout and in good condition. The property managers Catherine and Phillipe are extremely helpful and friendly and respond promptly to texts. Internet is a little bit slow but not major. Overall in every respect the apartment is perfect for a couple of parents with two young kids.

Een geweldig mooi verblijf met alle voorzieningen die je je maar wensen kan, gelegen op een top locatie. Balkon aan de achterkant van het pand gelegen. Helaas geen mooi uitzicht maar daardoor wel mega rustig gelegen en hoor je niets van het leven van de boulevard en de grote weg. Dicht bij het strand en oude centrum van Menton. 15 min lopen naar station waar je overal heen kan met de trein. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön und gemütlich. Man vermisst nichts und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt, schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Der Austausch mit Catherine und Philipp auch sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Rundum eine tolle Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideale per famiglie con bambini

La posizione della casa è ottima: davanti alla spiaggia (e alla torretta dei bagnini), vicinissima a tanti locali, al mercato, a piccoli alimentari, alla giostra e al parco giochi. La casa è molto bella (come da foto) e ben accessoriata. Gli host sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e premurosi.
