Excellent séjour dans le beau village de Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.Appartement au calme, très propre et très bien équipé. La vue sur Monaco est splendide, magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas du matin jusqu'au soir.La piscine est très appréciable également pour se détendre après de bonnes journées de marche (Monaco Menton par le chemin des Douaniers, directement accessible de la copropriété).Excellente communication avec le propriétaire M.Fauth.Une grand merci également au gardien pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.Nous reviendrons !!

Appartement mit schöner Aussicht

Ein schönes geräumiges Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Monaco. Die Wohnanlage liegt zentral ist aber sehr ruhig und bietet einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Strand, Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr gut war auch die abschließbare Garage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. L’appartement spacieux est très bien équipé. La vue est est splendide et la piscine parfaite. Impossible de s’en lasser ! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Merci également à l’infatigable gardien et à sa femme pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous leur souhaitons une excellente retraite bien méritée !

Appartement vaste et très agréable

Super séjour en famille, vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas, accueil chaleureux, services parfaits ( piscine, clim…) juste un petit coquille, sur l’annonce il est inscrit lit de 160cm et c’est un 140cm mais pas de quoi remettre en compte notre séjour. Merci beaucoup 😊

Magnifique ! Endroit majestueux, vue imprenable. Logement tout confort ! Tout équipé. Literie très confortable, grande terrasse avec vue sur piscine (très pratique pour surveiller les enfants), vue sur mer et la ville de Monaco. Hôte très sympathique, agréable, bonne communication très appréciable. L'accueil sur place par le gardien et son épouse parfait. Très bon accueil et une belle communication. Nous remercions toutes ces personnes.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans votre appartement en famille avec mes 2 enfants. A notre arrivée, un gentil mot d'accueil nous attendait et la propreté de l'appartement nous a plu. Le propriétaire nous a appelé pour s'assurer de notre bonne installation. Puis nous avons pu profiter de la vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse sur la piscine mais surtout sur la grande bleue et (comme l'indique le nom de la résidence) sur le rocher monégasque. L'appartement est spacieux avec une grande pièce à vivre où deux lits simples sont disposés à chaque extrémité, une chambre vaste sur l'arrière (literies de bonne qualité) : ces deux pièces étant climatisées. La cuisine est plus petite mais bien équipée et la salle d'eau avec lave-linge, douche et double-vasque ! L' accès à la piscine est certes appréciable mais n'est rien à coté de la possibilité de longer le littoral en empruntant le sentier des douaniers en se dirigeant soit vers le cap martin soit en direction de Monaco. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans un cadre reposant où je me suis même permis de découvrir un roman de Peter Mayle. (Veiller à ne pas parler fort sur la terrasse à partir de 22h car nos voisins ont eu la désagréable surprise de se faire rabrouer pour un éclat de rire qui a semblé mettre hors d'elle une résidente. Une note d'information en ce sens fut mise en évidence à l'entrée de l'immeuble et dans l'ascenseur.) Merci M Me Fauth.
