The rooms were always clean and no request was too much for them. There was also someone who would come during breakfast to inquire whether our room had any issues, which would then be quickly resolved The food was excellent, and the food and ice cream stalls during the day were very helpful. We had a lot of fun here and it honestly was the best resort we’ve ever stayed in. There was always an event and the new years celebration was absolutely fantastic. Missing the experience already

All the staff were delightful with Esther, Lucky and George plus night manager Fred particularly kind on the front desk. Martha was also very lovely in the excellent Minazi restaurant and Gabriel in the Lido bar and restaurant. The rooms were good on the whole and Claire from guest services was very helpful too.
