I can’t rate what’s around the area because I didn’t walk around that area but I highly recommend this place and when I’m back in Mombasa I’ll definitely stay here again.

Overall good, but misleading pictures

Overall the hotel and my experience was great. There was wifi throughout the hotel including the pool area. Their cooks are amazing and I had the best lamb chops of my life. But the pictures are misleading. I booked a superior room because it showed a living room. However, the superior room does not come with a living room. That is another type of room they have.

The Staff were amazing, Harriet was quite professional and pleasant as with Jackline. The housekeeping and ground support Team were quite hospitable. The room was quite neat with all key amenities. The hotel is quite old and needs updating but the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Being Mombasa, there is a problem with flies and mosquitoes but this is expected in the climate. The room AC is excellent to counteract this. The staff make up for any issues you have with the property as they will do everything they can to accommodate you.
