I lost my clothes

my mum and i booked this property, we thought we had a wrong address since when we got to the gate, there was no security, we knocked for over 15 mins but someone at the reception eventually opened the gate. We went to the pool area and i forgot my h&m top, it disappeared, i reported to the manager when we were checking out, he called the lady at the pool and she said she never found it.. we were certain we left it there but we did not want to waste our time because we had a flight... despite informing him we had a missing item, he told us to call him incase we did not find it.. we asked for pork chops at the pool area, we did get pork but it was definitely not pork chops.. water at the pool was so salty... terrible experience.. do not leave your clothes anywhere

Apartement Hotel mit Frühstück.

Das Hotel hatte einen grossen Pool und der Taxi Service klappte tip-top.Die Hotel Managerin war jedoch nicht gerade die Freudlichkeit in Person,grüsste nie und lachte sehr selten.Das Restaurant Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
