Hotel Sapphire surprised me at how big it was with good restaurants and excellent service. It was very convenient to the commuter rail station. A lovely clean hotel but without doubt the best experience was the quality of service by the staff where nothing was too much trouble. It was renovating and the work from 10am to 5pm disturbed, especially when it rained on one of those rare days in July/Aug. The hotel addressed this very well, upgrading our room and putting us on half board. Will stay again.
