The villa is beautifully embedded by palm trees and plants. From our property it is only 400m to the beautiful sandy beach. The villa is equipped with an alarm system + security staff. In the immediate vicinity (20 meters away) is a 17X6 meter large community pool for 5 villas available. The villa with 170m2 living space, has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (double beds incl. Mosquito nets). In the upper open gallery is a large living room with a double bed and a cot inc. .. mosquito net On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms (shower) a safe and a kitchen with all electrical appliances. The villa still has a terrace. All bedrooms on the ground floor have fans. Sun loungers are available at the pool and garden. Our manager will greet you at the house and be your contact person. Right next door is also the wonderful golf course .. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk z. b. Bank, Supermarket, Safari Office, Shops, Restaurants u. S. W. You do not need a car here. Wi-Fi available.

Diani Beach is located about 30 km south of Mombasa, on one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. Diani Beach is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, also very suitable for children. Near the complex there are also the hospital, pharmacy, safari office, banks, supermarkets (eg Nakumat), restaurants golf course and some souvenir shops. More information can be obtained locally from the administration. Everything is within walking distance of our villa. You do not need a car here.

The villa it self was nice overall..the listing says 4 bedrooms but in all reality it was only two bedrooms and a loft with two beds upstairs in the loft.. The bedding was very damp almost like they were in a rush to put the bedding back on the beds after washing it... Wile sitting on the couch bedbugs bit my fiancée and you could see them crawling on the couch... The power went out and after calling the care taker and the property owner we were told we had to pay for our own electric. And then the water in the second bathroom would barely run and then there was no hot water in the ensuite shower had no hot water and had to show in cold water.... Next time we will be going elsewhere for our holiday in Mombasa.

The good and the bad

The best thing about this place was the swimming pool and Abdallah the chef we hired. He was EXCELLENT. If it weren’t for him we would not have known there was any hot water. Location to the beach by foot was reasonable. Property manager was visible and available and fixed all complaints in a timely manner. The bad thing was that no one turned on the water or the toilets for our arrival. This interrupted our holiday plans because we had to wait around for a guy to come get everything working. There was no toilet paper in the washrooms and that was the first thing we had to buy after a long trip. One of the fans in the downstairs bedrooms did not generate any breeze due to the fan blades not being at a proper angle. The neighbors dogs barked and howled every evening when the monkeys came through. The second morning I was awakened to the strong smell of someone smoking outside my room and a burst water pipe outside.

Unterkunft bietet alles nötige

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem angenehm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, (Nähe Golfplatz) und liegt auch sehr schön in der Anlage platziert. Die Architektur ist dem Land entsprechend schön gemacht und ausgeführt. (Makutti Dach) Holzarbeiten etc. Die Ruhe in der Anlage war echt angenehm. ( Bis auf das Hundegeheul beim Nachbarn.) Ein paar Dinge haben auch nicht wirklich ganz gepasst. Zimmer sollte jeden zweiten Tag gemacht werden. Leider kam das Zimmermädchen während meines Aufenthaltes lediglich einmal um den Müll rauszutragen und die Handtücher zu wechseln. Die Bettwäsche wurde in den 14 Tagen leider gar nicht gewechselt. Dass Zweite mal als das Zimmermädchen da war, sehr zeitig in der Früh, hatte ich Ihr gesagt Sie soll in einer Stunde wieder kommen. Gekommen ist Sie dann gar nicht. Der Lärm der Hunde bei den Nachbarn ist leider sehr störend. Ein Dankeschön an die Vermieter und vielleicht komme ich ja nächstes Jahr wieder. Richard aus Salzburg

Schöner Urlaub in Diani Beach

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen für 1 1/2 Wochen in der Villa Punda Milia. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer schönen Anlage, die sehr gut gepflegt wird. Sicherheitspersonal ist jederzeit anwesend. Die Lage der Anlage ist optimal. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt max. 5 Minuten, außerdem ist der große Supermarkt Nakumat fußläufig erreichbar, sowie eine Vielzahl von Safari-Büros. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Affen und Moskitos waren bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Problem, da in beiden Fällen Netze an allen Fenstern/Öffnungen und über den Betten, das Eindringen der mehr oder weniger angenehmen Besucher verhindert haben. Die Eigentümer Achim und Petra sind sehr freundlich und bemüht auch kleinere Probleme schnell zu lösen. Das Hundegebell konnte bei unserem Besuch nach der ersten Nacht auf ein Minimum reduziert werden und war somit nicht mehr störend. Insgesamt hatten wir eine super Zeit in der Villa!

Es sollte ein Traumurlaub werden

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, einer sich im weiteren Ausbau befindlichen Anlage und wirklich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es einige kleine Tränen, die erwähnenswert sind, aber sicher in Zukunft zu beseitigen sind. Leider gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, direkt angrenzend, zwei Hunde, die bei Sonnenaufgang gemeinsam um die Wette jaulen und einen längeren Schlaf verhinderten. Wobei es sich bei dem erwähnten, neuesten Alarmsystem handeln soll, weiß ich leider nicht. Die Haustür bot aufgrund eines Defektes, keinerlei Sicherheit. Die netten Hausbesucher (Affen) kamen bei uns wegen der fehlenden Schutznetze und dem offenen Raum über die Terrasse, ungehindert ins Haus und haben dort richtig „aufgeräumt“. Auch die zur Nachtzeit patrouillierenden Gards konnten dies nicht verhindern. Im Basis ausgestatteten Haus ist ein kleiner Renovierungsstau feststellbar und die Sanitäranlagen, Mückennetze vor den Fenstern und über den Betten müssten erneuert werden. Leider hatten wir nach unserer Rückkehr zwei Malariapatienten zu beklagen, womit keiner gerechnet hatte. Die Köchin Malkia war tatsächlich sehr sehr nett und hat zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gekocht und sich liebevoll gekümmert. Die Möglichkeiten zum Strandbesuch und in nahegelegene Restaurants oder Supermarkt sind so gut wie oben beschrieben! Auch bei unserem Aufenthalt waren eine Safari und eine Tour in die Simba Hills die Highlights!! Transfer und Organisation haben reibungslos geklappt.

Eine Villa zum Verlieben

Die Villa ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und entspricht der Vorstellung eines entspannten Urlaubs.Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Es gibt sehr viele und schöne Ausflugsziele: Tanduri ( Bar mit Musik),Kongo-River,und die sehr schönen Strandabschnitte in ca.400m Entfernung.Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Villa buchen.

Traumurlaub in der Villa Punda Milia

Ein toller Urlaub ist leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Es kann wirklich alles nur positiv bewertet werden. Von Beratung, Buchung, Abholung am Flugplatz Ukunda, Hausübergabe, Kochkunst von Malkia, Angestellte in der Anlage - es hat alles gepasst! Vielen vielen Dank! Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, der Garten toll gepflegt, der Pool einfach traumhaft. Im August war es sehr ruhig, sodass wir meistens den Pool für uns allein hatten. Gegessen haben wir ausschließlich auf der Veranda - Malkia hat super gekocht und auch bei den Einkäufen geholfen. Der Strand ist nur 2-3 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt. Ein wunderschöner weißer Sandstrand. Vielen Dank, Achim und Team, für den tollen Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Hallo ihr lieben!!! Es ist ja soooooo wundersch?n hier. Die Villa ein Traum, die Angestellten super freundlich, das Wetter einfach Supi! Malkia kocht erste Sahne. Melina m?chte hier nicht mehr weg!P.S. Wir auch nicht Strandf?hrung hatten wir gestern von Ali und Lukas. Beide sehr nett. Ist schon sehr schwer hier durch die Strassen zu gehen ohne das man mal angesprochen wird. Haben f?r Freitag 3 Tage die Masai Mara gebucht. Die Woche gehts noch zum Haller Park. Traumhaus in Kenia

Jambo Habari im Februar waren wir 3 Wochen in Eurer tollen Villa Punda Milia und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pool ist toll, den Strand kann man in 5 Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichen und er ist traumhaft. Die Angestellten rund ums Haus sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich rundum wohl und sicher. Der Security (MASSAI) ist sehr wachsam. Die Köchin MALKIA können wir nur weiterempfehlen, es war immer lecker. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen....wir kommen wieder KENIA HAKUNA MATATA Liebe Grüße Daniela u Michael

Dream

We returned happy from our trip to Mombasa. We spent a family holiday. The apartment is beautiful. We feel that we never miss anything you need. Attention from cleaning, security and administration was excellent. People who work there were always very very very cordial. We enjoyed a very sunny days not only the beach but also next to the pool and the beautiful garden of flowers. We would return 100 times. We wrote the book the apartment our opinions too. Traumurlaub

Jambo ! Ich war Dezember 2011 f?r zwei Wochen in der Villa Punda Milia . Das vierte Mal in Kenia , das erste Mal in einem Ferienhaus . Es war ein unvergesslicher , viel zu kurzer Urlaub . Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig - man erreicht aber problemlos zu Fu? Restaurants , Bank , Internetcafe mit Telefon , Supermarkt und den herrlichen Sandstrand . Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ansprechend und l?d zum Verweilen ein . Der Pool ist gross genug um seine Bahnen zu ziehen . Das gesamte Personal in der Anlage ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Das Ferienhaus ist riesig und gem?tlich eingerichtet . Ich hab mich sofort wie zu Hause gef?hlt . Frischen Fisch bekommt man bei Bedarf direkt in die K?che geliefert - der Fischer filetiert den auch gleich - nur essen muss man den dann selber . Hakuna matata , J?rgen

Jede Menge Tips zu günstigen Flügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gepflogenheiten vor Ort etc. + ein wirklich TOLLES Haus! + geräumige Zimmer mit Platz für 4-6 Personen + alles schön eingerichtet + TOP Pool! + tolle Lage innerhalb der Anlage, aber auch innerhalb der Umgebung (kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt, Bank, Strand etc.) + SUPER Job der Angestellten Kuna, Abdallah und bei dem Zimmermädchen Happiness war der Name absolut Programm!!! Schöner Urlaub in Top-Villa

Wir (Familie mit Teenager) haben einen wunderbaren 3-wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Punda Milia erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und bietet allen Komfort. Die Lage ist gut, sowohl Strand, Supermarkt, als auch einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten ist man schnell an der Straße, um dort ein Matatu oder Tuk-Tuk anzuhalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und teilweise auch sehr humorvoll. Bei Bedarf standen sie immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Köchin Malkia ist gern auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat uns mit ihrem leckeren Essen sehr verwöhnt. Der Strand ist genial und hat uns sehr schöne Badestunden beschert. Sahnehäubchen waren die Ausflüge ins Hinterland, Safari, Mombasa.... Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ambiente. Wir können diese Villa absolut weiterempfehlen.

Bester Urlaub den wir bis jetzt hatten

Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: Tolles Klima, Super Haus (Leider Stimmen die Bilder hier auf der Seite nicht mehr, weil dort jetzt alles bepflanzt ist), beste Lage des Hauses (5min bis zum Strand), tolle Küche (eigene Köchin im Haus, nochmal Danke Malkia :-)), Pool in Naturstein lädt zum entspannen ein, keine überfüllte Hotelanlage, nette Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen z.B. Strandbars und Restaurants mit Meerblick, sehr nette Vermieter die einem bei Fragen und Problemen immer zur Seite gestanden haben, Erlebnisreiche unglaublich tolle Safari. Wir waren dort auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte mal, wir kommen wieder :-)
