Renovated Farmhouse in Piedmonte hills with private pool
We bought this dilapidated 150 year old farmhouse and started renovating it as a home for our family a few years ago.
The property is completely independent without any neighbours in view, providing a beautiful view and setting within 3 acres of land and gardens. This is the calm and quiet haven to relax in absolute comfort and serenity.
We have a main section with master bedroom ensuite with bathroom and separate office, this master bedroom has a large terrace giving views over the swimming pool and hills. There is another second large bedroom ideal for children with a separate WC on the landing. On the ground floor we have an open plan kitchen in solid wood with a dining and lounge area. There is another room which serves as laundry room and extra bathroom. The ground floor terrace looks onto the poolside giving you the early morning sun. The pool is a 12X5 metre and is in front of the house.
We have a barbecue and trampoline as well. Guests will have access and use of the main building and will enjoy exclusive private use of the pool and gardens.
We may stay occasionally in the barn which is on the opposite side of the courtyard but leave the guests all the privacy they need.

Beautiful tranquil escape
A beautiful restoration of a rustic villa in the mountains. The height of the property provided a pleasant climate, and we truly enjoyed our vacation there. We travelled mid July two adults, three kids (age 5,8 and 11) and our dog. The size of the property was perfect for us, and we enjoyed that the rest of place was empty and as such we had full privacy. We were unaware though that the property had a house-cat outside, which at first was a problem with our dog. But after a few days they seemed to accept each other, and we had no major clashes :) Also, the nearest supermarket was about half an hour drive away, so we were great full we had done some shopping before arrival.
But apart from this the local nearby towns were pretty and totally unspoiled by tourists. In all, this place can highly be recommended if you’re looking for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Travelling to the Piedmont region for the last 20 years this has been one of the best locations we have stayed at. If you want to unwind in calm and quite surroundings with a beatifull house and pool, this spot will for sure meet your expectations.

Prachtig!
Wat een prachtig gerenoveerd huis in een rustige omgeving met mooie vergezichten! De aanwezige kat maakt het heel huiselijk (we hebben zelf ook 3 katten…) en gezellig. Een auto is echt noodzakelijk. Voor boodschappen moet er wel een stukje gereden worden, evenals voor een restaurant. Maar als je wilt genieten van de rust, een prachtig huis, een heerlijk zwembad en prachtige vergezichten dan is dit hét huis!

mit Sorgfalt renoviertes Objekt in welchem es an nichts fehlt . Gut um ruhige Ferien zu machen weit weg von Hektik und Stress. Man muss Natur und ruhe mögen. Auto von grossem Vorteil

Geweldig ingericht huis met veel privacy
Het huis van William is gewoon perfect: prachtig ingericht, uitstekend geoutilleerde keuken, een heerlijk zwembad met een fijn uitzicht over de velden en het heuvellandschap, een luxe masterbedroom met zalig bed en heerlijke badkamer - ik kan gewoon niks bedenken wat dit huis beter zou kunnen maken. Zelfs de tips voor de restaurants waren adeuqaat. Wat een fantastisch gebied is Piemont trouwens.
