Kathy was the best host and very responsive. The property was better than we imagined. Very clean and beautiful views of the pond! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great Family Vacation

Everything was great with out stay at this beautiful country home. We enjoyed relaxing at the property and being able to venture to town or the beach.

Private, Peaceful, Paradise!

We booked this getaway last minute for some much needed R&R. We were looking for a peaceful place to unwind and disconnect. Then by chance, we stumbled upon 'Green Acres.' The entire property was everything we could have wanted and more-private, peaceful, paradise! We've rented many other vacation rentals, but most feel like "rentals." 'Green Acres' feels like "home!" From the decor, to the amenities, to the cleanliness, you won't be disappointed. This property made us re-evaluate city living. We definitely look forward to coming back.

House with a view!

This house is so beautiful and relaxing. The pond is so nice too! Owner checks in on you and very communicative. Plan to stay here again in a couple weeks when we come back.

Quiet peaceful getaway

Came to visit our daughter and son in law who live in Molino, so proximity to them was important. Second time we stayed here. Property, house and amenities were great. Probably do it again when we come back.

The property is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.

The pictures of Green Acres house does not do it justice. This house is perfect, clean, accommodating and the owners were great. We will be back. Robert Brock and Family.

Amazing stay!

This quiet refuge was exactly what our busy family needed! We fished, played badminton and cornhole. We roasted marshmallows around the fire pit. We relaxed! They had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We were about 45 min from the beach and they left us beach towels knowing we were planning on going! What a beautiful home!

Green Acres is the place to be

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay at Green Acres. It is in a rural area of north Escambia County. We enjoyed the peace, quiet, and spaciousness of the property. It is very clean, recently renovated, and the owner was very good about communications. There are rocking chairs on the back porch to enjoy coffee, and if you are up early enough you might see a mist rising from the pond.

Beautiful!

We'd move in tomorrow if we could. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen had almost everything I needed, it didn't have a funnel, but this kitchen had more than most places I've stayed, so we'll forgive the funnel. The funnel thing is a just because no place can be perfect, but it's damn close. I liked the fact the refrigerator was empty, except for the creamers. I dislike opening a frig and its full of spoiled out dated food, that's just so gross, than you have to make room for your stuff too, nasty. This house was very clean, bathrooms, bedrooms everywhere. The house is nicely laid out for two or 6 people, you will not feel crowded. The yard and pond just adds to the whole nicely done package. Thanks for letting us stay, I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Country Quiet!

Extremely well-appointed and updated home. Very well maintained - everything worked the way it should. Very clean too. We lacked for nothing. S'mores and firewood were supplied for the full-sized Solo Stove fire pit out back. My favorite things to do: Evening - sit outside and look up at the stars - the Milky Way is visible on a clear night and countless satellites. Using the fire pit! Visiting during a meteor shower would be great I imagine! Morning - before sunrise, coffee on the screened-in porch facing the pond. Listening to the roosters wake up, and a couple of donkeys off in the distance. There are no other homes visible from the property, and it is fenced so we didn't need to worry much about our two dogs. Dogs had a blast exploring the acreage. I caught two fish (a smallmouth bass and bluegill) on a small, spinning grub and hardly tried. Best times were dusk and just before the sun climbed over the trees in the morning. The AC really cranks - we sleep in a cold house - and it didn't struggle at all during the heat of the day. Dimmer switches for the recessed lighting from kitchen to family room were a great touch before sunup and in the evenings. The weather was dry and warm - I can imagine watching a thunderstorm from the back porch is a real treat. EASIEST check-in and check-out I've ever had with a VRBO. Contacted Kathy once just to say thanks and that we made it to Molino, and that was it - no need to bother her at all. Five stars well deserved,

Quiet property!

We enjoyed our stay here and the fact that they supply lots of amenities from laundry items to bathroom essentials. The owner did contact us a few hours prior to our check in to let us know that the floor was warped (it is warped I would say about 70-80% of the home) not friendly for children in which are crawling due to them getting pinched and not comfortable to walk on. Had to wear shoes inside in which I do not prefer to do. Floor wasn’t mopped properly I’m sure due to the floor issue because our feet got pretty nasty within the first day of walking on the floor. Other than that it is a lovely property and the owner did say they plan to address this issue with the manufacturer of the floor. Just a heads up to check if you have little ones. Others than that no issues and would book the stay with them again they were even accommodating needing some tree work done and asked if we would be okay with them being there in which we said we would like it to remain quiet and she said no problem. I think it is nice to be able to have understanding on both ends. I’m sure they weren’t expecting the floor issue either.
