The front desk person was very friendly. When I asked for a top floor room, I had no problem getting it. The only big issue I had was the smell. It was a very very strong odor of cleaning products. I understand cleanliness is very important but the reception area and my room was extremely over powering. I almost was going to check out. I decided to use a room deodorizer and that helped but I will not stay here again.
