Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned.

I would stay elsewhere

The Hotel location was adequate, Room was very nice, however if you are going to provide a kitchenette would be nice to at least have a couple of glasses (no dishes at all). I would suggest to anyone who stays to opt out of the breakfast and dinner option (we did not have the lunch, so cannot comment, as the food was mediocre at best, the only highlight was the bread and cheese at breakfast, dinner was very sub-par.

Es ideal para ir con niños. Toboganes, playa y la feria de Caño Guerrero a 20 minutos. El personal es muy amable. Las señoras d la tienda encantadoras.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda...el trato de la gente que trabaja estupendo la animación muy buena. La comida algo repetitiva y poca variación pero estaba todo rico. El acceso a la playa tiene unas cuantas escaleras que se hacen duras el primer día pero luego ya se llevan bien.... Repetire sin duda!

Precio muy caro

Vimos que la gente habia pagado la.mitad de dinero que nosotros con mas gente , las dias, u todo incluido. No nos parece justo. Primer dia no nos pusieron la bedida que correspondia ( 1 botella de vino) y nos la cobraron. Comida muy repotitiva de baja calidad. Pero nomesta mal Habitacion bastante limpia y muy bien. Animacion de noches algo regulera ( por.lo menos durante nuestra estancia. Pero para ir con niños esta bastante aceptable

El hotel maravilloso, el personal del hotel inmejorable. Todo con respecto a Expedia horrible, no contratasteis nada con ellos, son lo peor. Llegamos al hotel y no había reserva, casi nos quedamos en la calle si no llega a ser por el hotel, que buscó solución. Jamás volveré a contratar con vosotros y mis recomendaciones serán todas pésimas. Hasta nunca.

Bueno no ha estado mal , pero sí que es verdad que hay muchísima gente y después no respetan ,las butacas de la piscinas siempre están cogidas dejan las toallas y se van y imposible coger butaca , la limpieza regular y la comida igual .

Nos a gustado mucho la limpieza y los animador@s super simpáticos y agradables y zona de mini clubs igual ya que emos ido con niñ@s, también los camareros de la zona de la comida super simpáticos.Lo que sí no está nada organizado las colas que se hacen al entrar ala zona del comedor horribles y otra cosa que no me parece que en recepción pongáis por lo menos una persona que sepa porque el chico que estaba no sabía ni donde estaba parado,, y si ablamos del ascensor que estaba más tiempo estropeado que en funcionamiento horrible y más que estábamos en la 6 planta.
