A house with a special character and charm, with no doubt. Situated at a luxury residential complex next to Tauro golf in the southwestern coast of Gran Canaria. The house counts on a very special distribution.
Three independent large bedrooms, each one with own full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also has a hot tub. Please note, bedrooms are all independent - not connected to the house (perhaps not recommended for families with small children).
Great kitchen and dining area, nice garden and small private pool (not heated). - Situated only 15-20 minutes walking from the Tauro beach or just 5 minutes’ drive from the beach of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as supermarket and hotel. Luxury and relax guaranteed.

Kidney-shaped style, stainless steel ladder for accessing the pool, non-heatable, 6 metres long, 2 metres wide and 1 metres deep.
** One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
** A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ per pet for the whole duration of the stay.

Lovely villa and Beautiful location
A lovely spacious villa, set in a beautiful location. Owners could perhaps give a little more attention to the small detail like, toilet rolls, washing powder and villa guide. Would then become a real home from home. But overall, very impressed with the villa.

Wohn- und Schlafbereich waren groß und sauber, wöchentlich wurde gereinigt mit Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel, trotzdem gab es in 2 Bädern Kakerlaken. In einem der Schlafzimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt, wurde aber umgehend repariert. Leider ging die Mikrowelle am 3. Urlaubstag kaputt und wurde nicht ersetzt. Die Terrasse haben wir zum Frühstück und auch am Abend sehr genossen. Der Tauro Strand war genial, wenig besucht, Sonnenliegen leider schon um 15Uhr geschlossen, Strandrestaurant Vistamar war sehr gut und preiswert. Der Weg zum Strand über die Golfanlage dauert nur 10min zu Fuß.

Traumhafte Auszeit
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Osterurlaub auf Gran Canaria. Super Wetter, eine tolle Unterkunft, ideal für Ausflüge oder zum Strand.Das Appartement war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer.Dazu kommt ein sehr großer Wohn-/ Essbereich, eine Kuschelecke mit T und ein schöner Garten mit Pool. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A ideal place for a pleasant stay
The geographical situation of the house is very fine: the south means nice weather and temperature, nice beaches, warm water, not so much people if you choose the good season (automne for us)... The house is easy to use and confortable and the service management team available. Only positive points.
